Based in the Matford sector of the Marsh Barton Industrial Estate, we are at the far end of Cofton Road (which leads to the racetracks of Exeter Aces Cycle Speedway & Exeter Eagles BMX – both signposted with brown tourist road signs). Proceed as far as you can to a turning circle at the end of Cofton Road, turn into yard on your left signed Exe Units, and we are the third unit on your right, just before the fence which divides the yard. Parking is limited, but please use any available space.
